Includes mood boards and purchasing/ procurement services followed by installation of furnishings and styling of the designed space. Styling involves pulling together all the final details of a room that really make it feel complete, such as, pillows, blankets, artwork, vases, books, candles, etc. Many of these styling objects are sourced locally.

Process Breakdown

After you’ve submitted an inquiry form on my website, we’ll have an initial consultation to talk about project scope, walk the project, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. After the consultation, a proposal will be submitted for the estimated design fees.
We’ll begin by understanding your goals and requirements through questionnaires and meetings. We’ll also begin to dive into your inspiration including style and function preferences.
In this phase we will work on your space plans, mood boards, and material finish recommendations. We’ll present our plans and budgets to you so we can refine the design plans for approval.
Remodeling projects will involve an architect to develop construction drawings and structural details before submitting your plans for permit approvals.
Before work can start on your space, we’ll streamline the process of ordering everything you and your contractor will need to keep the project on track.
During this phase we’re partnering with your contractor to coordinate the project and execute the design plan that you approved.
Finally the fun part! All of your furnishings and finishes are installed and we’ll wrap up the project by adding styling objects where needed.
